7. Do you have all the items in stock? |
Yes, we have all the items listed on our website in stock and they are ready to ship. Sometimes, there are overwhelming amount of orders where we do not have enough of stock to fulfill all the orders. In this case, we will fulfill orders in the order we received. Any of the goods that are missing from your order will be notified immediately. |

8. Do you have showroom? |
We have showroom to view the items. However, we do not have them all displayed. If you want to see the items, please notify us in advance so that we can prepare them for you. |

9. Do you hold any items? |
We will hold the goods up to 1 week for verified customers with transaction history. Please inquire via email for further instruction. |

10. Do you ship internationally? |
Yes, we can ship internationally. However, only the serviceable countries are shown during the user sign up process. If your country is not listed, please send us the inquiry and we will review the possibility.
Also, please be advised that UPS may charge brokerage fee for all international shipments and it is the buyer's responsibility. |

11. Has my order been shipped? |

14. I think you charged me twice for my one order! What happened? |
The payment process happens in two steps. First, there is "pre-authorization." This is the amount shown during the checkout. We will then prepare your order and make any necessary adjustments to your final total and "capture" the actual amount of total due. This captured amount is what we are putting on your credit card and it is usually less than pre-authorized amount. Pre-authorized amount is pending transaction that will be removed from your statement shortly. |

15. If I place my order today, when will I get my goods? |
We will ship all the orders on same day if the order is received before 7 am PST. However, same day shipping for all orders with USPS shipping is not available due to recent change to USPS pick up service in our area. If your order is held back for any reason, we will contact you. The transit time will be based on your shipping address zip code. East cost address will take as much as 5 business days. For more exact delivery date, please contact us. |

16. What is the minimum order? |
Yes. There is $50.00 minimum, not including the shipping cost to complete the transaction. Thank you. |

17. What is your return policy? |
We offer 21 day, no questions asked return policy. However, all returns are issued with store credit only. We do not offer refunds. Returning goods must be in original condition as they were shipped and the returning shipping cost is responsibility of the customer. There is no restocking fee. |

18. What kind of shipping methods are available? |
We primarily use UPS and all the services available through UPS is offered on our website. For some addresses, some of the UPS's shipping methods are limited. We also use USPS Priority mails as the alternative methods. |

19. Why can't I see the prices? |
We are wholesaler that only open to the re-sellers. You must register with us before you have access to all the features in our website. |

20. Why do I see two charges in my credit card statement? |
The credit card transaction takes place in two steps. First is the "pre-authorization" that is the total amount you see at the check out. Then we will prepare your order and make any necessary changes such as shipping cost that usually results in lower amount than the checkout amount. Second is the "capture" of this final amount and this is the amount that we put on your credit card. The pre-authorized amount will be removed from your account shortly after we capture the funds. |
